Orders & Shipping
How can I track my order?+
Every order receives a confirmation email with an order ID and a tracking link once your shipment leaves the facility (usually 24–48 hours after payment). You can also enter your order ID on the Track Order page anytime.
How long does shipping take?+
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days domestically and 7–14 business days for international orders. Cold-chain compounds ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend transit, so orders placed late in the week may dispatch the following Monday.
Where do you ship?+
We ship selectively — cold-chain logistics determine which destinations are available for each compound. If you're outside our standard coverage zones, email support@reframe-peptides.online before placing the order so we can confirm feasibility.
How is the package shipped?+
Outer packaging carries no brand markings. Internal documentation references the REFRAME identity only. Cold-chain compounds ship insulated with phase-change material to maintain temperature for the full transit window.
Returns & Damaged Items
What is your return policy?+
Research compounds are sold sealed and sterile, and are non-returnable once shipped. This is standard practice across the research-grade peptide industry. If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, contact support within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace it.
How do I report a damaged shipment?+
Email support@reframe-peptides.online within 48 hours of receipt with: your order ID, clear photos of the outer packaging and the affected items, and a brief description. We process damage claims within 2 business days and issue a replacement at no charge.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
Orders enter fulfillment within ~4 business hours of payment confirmation. Reach out to support as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel — we'll do what we can if the order hasn't shipped yet. After dispatch, changes are not possible.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit and debit cards, Pix (Brazilian customers), and select cryptocurrency channels. Available methods are shown at checkout based on your region.
Is my payment data secure?+
All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers or CVVs on our servers. The site uses HTTPS encryption end-to-end.
Will the charge appear under "REFRAME" on my statement?+
The descriptor depends on which processor handled your transaction. You'll typically see a neutral merchant descriptor — never the specific product or REFRAME peptide line. Email support if you don't recognize a charge.
Account & Data
How do I update my contact information?+
Reply to any order confirmation email with the updated info, or email support@reframe-peptides.online with your order ID and the change. We update records within 1 business day.
How do I request deletion of my data?+
Under LGPD and GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@reframe-peptides.online or see our Privacy Policy for the full process. We respond within 15 days.
